Fully Automatic Vacuum Insulated Glass Production Line

From loading tempered glass to the vacuum sealing furnace, one line handles washing, measuring, pillar placement, frit dispensing, drying, glass pairing and clipping. Glass moves between stations automatically, and the whole line needs only 5 operators.

Key features

  • Fully connected line: measured glass data is sent to every machine downstream
  • Fast, accurate measuring: laser sensors plus mechanical probe, max. 1 minute per sheet
  • 46-head pillar placement with automatic alarm and re-placement of missing pillars
  • Even frit dispensing with a two-stage screw feeder in 304 stainless steel
  • Precise pairing: double-gantry positioning and a robot that flips the glass 180°
  • High-vacuum sealing: mechanical + diffusion pumps, 48 independent branches, automatic evacuation and sealing

Vacuum sealing furnace

Electrically heated, hot-air circulation batch furnace: 405 kW, rated temperature 400 ℃, effective heating zone 3000 × 2000 × 2200 mm, temperature uniformity ±5 ℃ when holding. One furnace runs one cycle every 8 hours with 50 glass units per load; one line can supply 2 furnaces, and more furnaces can be added to raise output.
