Two MOKE CF Series Laser Sandblasting Machines Now Running in Germany
We are happy to share that two MOKE CF series laser sandblasting machines are now in daily production at glass processing companies in Germany.
From trade fair to production
Both customers first saw our machines at a trade fair, where they could see the laser sandblasting process live and discuss their own products with our team. After testing samples with their own glass and designs, they decided to invest in MOKE laser technology.
Installation and training on site
After delivery, our engineers travelled to Germany to install and commission each CF series machine on site. Installation, commissioning and training took about five days per machine. During this time, our engineers:
- set up and calibrated the machine in the customer's workshop
- tested the full process with the customer's own glass and designs
- trained the operators, from preparing drawings to daily maintenance
After installation, we continue to support our customers remotely whenever they need help.
Why laser sandblasting?
Laser sandblasting gives a fine, even frosted finish on glass without sand, without masks and without chemicals. The process is clean, quiet and fully digital: you load your drawing, and the machine does the rest. This makes it easy to produce one-off designs as well as series production.
Respecting our customers' privacy
Our customers in Germany prefer not to receive visitors, so we do not publish their names. The photos below show the machines installed in their workshops.
